All products are 100% new. We always process and ship within 5 days, from order being complete. Providing good products and services are our mission. All inquiries and questions are welcome. We get back to all questions and orders mostly on the same day.

Shipping
In most cases, we would use standard posting and packaging. The postage charge is based on the weight of the order (in grams). Furthermore, we deliver products to most of the countries in the world. Please feel free to ask us the actual postage charge.
If you want to upgrade the posting services, we would provide you the exact extra cost. No matter using standard or express posting service, we do not make any profit on it.

Local Taxes
Sometime local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur in some countries or regions. Please note that these charges are at the customers' expense.

We are sorry that you are satisfied with our products. We guarantee total refund on all returned items within 7 days after you receive the item.
The Returned orders should be in original package and good condition without any defects or scratches.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, i.e. the way from buyer to seller.
